When you sign up for our waitlist, we collect your email address. We do not collect any other personal information at this stage.

We may also collect basic analytics about how visitors interact with our site (page views, referral source, device type) through privacy-respecting tools. This data is aggregated and never linked to your identity.

How we use your information

Your email is used solely to notify you when Shocase launches, share product updates relevant to the waitlist, and occasionally ask for early-access feedback. We will never send spam.

We do not sell, rent, or share your email address with any third party, period.

Data storage

Waitlist emails are stored securely in an encrypted database hosted on infrastructure located within the European Union and the United States. Access is restricted to Shocase team members who need it to operate the product.

Cookies

We use only essential session cookies required for the site to function. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Your rights

You can request to view, correct, or delete your data at any time by emailing us at tejas@shocase.studio or tanay@shocase.studio. We will respond within 30 days.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the product evolves. We will notify waitlist members of any material changes by email.
